Job Responsibilities
- Perform HR-related payment processing activities, including payments, reimbursements, manpower billing and honorarium, accurately and within the required timelines for assigned institutions and departments.
- Ensure accurate data entry into relevant HR and payment systems, while maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Review and verify supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing, and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures and record-keeping requirements.
- Follow established HR policies, procedures, guidelines and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out payment and processing activities.
- Monitor assigned workloads and ensure tasks are completed within the required service standards, highlighting any delays or operational issues promptly.
- Liaise with internal teams, administrators and external stakeholders to obtain missing information, clarify discrepancies and facilitate timely processing.
- Support other operational and administrative activities, including ad-hoc duties and projects, as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR administrative or operations experience; experience in the healthcare sector will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and work with large volumes of data.
