3 Months Legal Counsel - Buona vista

Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate contracts.
Provide timely and practical legal advice on contractual, corporate and operational matters.
Support the organisation on legal issues arising from business operations and strategic initiatives.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Apply legal principles effectively across unfamiliar or evolving areas of law.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts and business practices are legally sound and aligned with organisational requirements.

Requirements

More than 10 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate legal function and/or litigation.
Strong background in corporate law, contract review and negotiation, with litigation experience being advantageous.
Strong ability to analyse and apply legal principles to unfamiliar areas of law and business matters.
Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
Able to provide practical, commercially sound legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications and professional experience.
