Job Description
- Perform direct client engagement by reaching out to retail and corporate clients via phone and email to request for documents and/or clarify queries relating to the account(s).
- Required to perform ad-hoc EDD review tasks or participate in project works, as and when required.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3+ years of working experience in banking or compliance operations.
- Familiar with local AML/CFT laws and regulatory standards/requirements.
- Knowledge in performing CDD/EDD reviews on retail and corporate client base would be an added advantage.
