Handles inbound calls to assist with student enrolment and address client enquiries for an education-focused client.
Contract Duration: 1Sep to 30Nov
Location: Novena
Salary: $12/HR
Working Hours:
3 weekdays and 2 weekends
Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm)
Weekends (9am-6pm)
Responsibilities:
• Field client enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, including helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
