Responsibilities:

• Performance Optimization: Use advanced debugging and performance analysis tools to evaluate and improve the efficiency of machine learning models.
• Machine Learning Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning models for various real-world problems, ensuring model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Data Processing and Analysis: Design and maintain databases, perform data cleaning, processing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Data Migration and Integration: Lead data migration and integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and seamless system integration.
• Automation and Tools: Develop and maintain automation tools and pipelines to enhance the efficiency and reproducibility of machine learning model deployment.
• Research and Innovation: Engage in cutting-edge technology research, exploring and implementing the latest machine learning algorithms and techniques to enhance the company's product competitiveness.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure machine learning solutions align with business needs.

Qualifications
Professional Skill Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in deep learning, data mining, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with common machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Data processing and database management skills (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in machine learning or data science are a plus.
