• Develop and execute the channel strategy for Taiwan, aligned with business goals and the product roadmap.
• Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners to expand coverage across industries and regions.
• Manage existing partner relationships, including performance reviews, annual target setting, and commercial terms, to drive results.
• Co-develop opportunities with partners by supporting proposals, quotations, and project execution to improve win rates and market share.
• Plan partner enablement programs (product training, technical seminars, joint marketing), and collaborate with sales, product, and headquarters teams while providing regular reporting and market intelligence.
