360 Operative - Water Treatment Site (Main Contractor)

Location: Middlesbrough
Rate: £23 per hour
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Duration: 2-3 weeks

Your new company

You'll be joining a respected main contractor delivering essential works on a major water treatment facility. The team is known for maintaining high safety standards, strong site support, and a collaborative working environment.

Your new role

As a 360 Operative on this project, you'll be carrying out a mix of machine and groundworks duties. Daily tasks will include trench digging, backfilling, and assisting with the construction of a retaining wall. You'll be working closely with site engineers and supervisors to keep the project progressing safely and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 ticket
  • Proven experience on civils or utilities projects
  • Ability to support groundworks when required
  • Strong awareness of site safety
  • Reliability and a positive attitude on site
