Position Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced 360 Freelance Recruitment Consultant to work remotely from anywhere to collaborate on various assignments, contribute to business development, and help drive successful placements.
- This is a freelance remote position involving business development and recruitment.
- This role is not salary-based and offers a generous commission structure with the flexibility to work from anywhere and in your own time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews.
- Use a range of sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
- Liaise with clients and candidates throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiate offers and support the closing process.
- Contribute to client acquisition efforts.
- Provide market insights and consultative support to clients and candidates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience with freelance or remote work.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality.
- Experience in full 360 recruitment.
