Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing talent and driving successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through cold calling, networking and referrals.
Manage 360° recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional network.
Work towards and achieve individual performance targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment agency experience, preferably with business development and client management exposure.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Driven, results-oriented and target-focused.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
