3D Architectural Visualizer | Architectural Draughtsman Company: Trove Architecture Studio Job Location: Kochi, Keralam, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 1,80,000 per year Trove Architecture Studio is looking for a talented 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our creative team. Eligibility: Candidates must be currently based in Kerala and willing to travel for site visits when required. Key Responsibilities Develop 3D models from CAD drawings and design concepts. Create photorealistic interior and exterior renders. Produce architectural walkthroughs and presentations. Prepare architectural detail drawings. Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, and landscaping. Collaborate with architects and revise designs based on feedback. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, ITI or a related field. Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar tools. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and hands-on experience in D5 Render. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop is an advantage. Strong visualization skills and attention to detail. Portfolio of architectural rendering projects is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good site knowledge and an understanding of on-site execution and detailing. Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants and other project stakeholders. Interest in research, documentation, and architectural material documentation. Proficiency in preparing building permit applications, architectural drawings, and related documentation for statutory approvals. Knowledge of K-SMART building permit procedures and the preparation and submission of documents for building permit approvals. .
