3D Artist (Senior)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an experienced 3D Artist with a good eye for aesthetics and a flair for fashion to join our team as a specialist for creating outfits for our game characters.
You’ll be creating optimized, low-poly 3D costumes for real-time in-game use, as well as utilizing in-house AI tools and workflows to produce accompanying high fidelity images.
The 3D Artist will have duties including:

Collaborate closely with the art and design teams, as well as programmers and testers, to create visually appealing and highly aesthetic costumes that align with the product's visual style and standards as well as its technical requirements.

Create LODs of outfit assets optimized for game engine usage in real time as well as usage in pre-rendered content.

Test created assets in-engine and iterated based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality while enhancing the overall game experience.

Utilize industry-standard software as well as in-house production pipeline tools to create outfit assets that are compatible with our product’s dynamic character outfits system.

Stay informed about industry trends and techniques to continually improve outfit design processes and contribute to the immersive atmosphere of our games.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a 3D Artist (at least 5 years), with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting characters and / or outfits for both real-time usage in games and for pre-rendered content.

Good English skills.

Proficient knowledge of both high-poly and low-poly workflows, including proper topology for rigging and animation, UV unwrapping and optimization, setting up lighting and materials, texture baking (Unlit Texture workflow) and basic skinning.

Proficiency in Maya and Substance painter.

Experience using in-house systems and implementing assets in game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).

Strong technical background and creative problem solving are a must.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to learn new technologies and software packages.

Team player who gladly speaks their mind, and responds well to constructive feedback.

Good organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.

Additional Notes: You may be expected to complete a test as part of the interviewing procedure.
