We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:
Full-time job
Office-based in Kyiv
Our ideal candidate:
1+ year of professional experience (or a strong portfolio)
Confident modeling skills based on references and concepts
Ability to stylize and maintain a consistent visual style
Proficient in texturing and efficient use of texture space
Basic skills in rigging, skinning, or simple animation
Understanding of composition and color fundamentals
Key responsibilities:
Creating 3D assets for mobile games (characters, props, environments)
Working closely with game designers, artists, and Developers to achieve strong visual results
Preparing assets according to technical requirements
Participating in visual development and stylistic decisions

You don’t need prior experience with Unity or Playable Ads — we will teach you everything necessary to grow into a full-cycle game artist.
You will:
Learn how to properly prepare and integrate assets into Unity
Gain practical experience in mobile game optimization
Understand the pipeline of Playable Ads production
Develop technical skills required for modern mobile game production
Nice to have:
Understanding of the mobile games market and personal gaming experience
Experience with any game engine (not required, but a plus)
Awareness of mobile optimization principles
