Job Summary

You will lead design planning and development for projects, creating innovative and sellable exhibition and retail event designs. Collaborate with customers to meet their needs and provide effective on-site solutions while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop design concepts and project presentations to meet customer expectations
• Source and apply innovative and creative solutions for customer display presentations
• Create accurate artwork, perspective, technical drawings, 3D renderings, and construction detail drawings
• Conceptualize modern, creative designs for exhibitions, retail events, and window dressings
• Produce compelling and marketable design ideas aligned with customer concepts
• Submit and obtain timely approval for claims and reports while fulfilling team responsibilities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular needs analysis and communication
• Manage on-site problems and deliver effective solutions to resolve customer issues
• Work independently with integrity, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Communicate and present design ideas clearly while prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher in design discipline or related field
• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Freehand, and Illustrator
• Ability to hand sketch designs is an advantage
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant design experience
• Positive attitude with strong initiative and responsibility
