Contego, a creative/shopper-marketing agency in Metro Manila, seeks a 3D & Graphic Designer to create 3D visuals, POSM, retail displays and print-ready production artwork. Day to day they prepare production-ready files, run artwork quality checks and manage revisions across multiple fast-paced client briefs.
We are looking for an experienced 3D & Graphic Designer to join our creative production team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design and 3D visualization skills, with experience creating retail, POSM and production-ready artwork.
You will work closely with creative, project, traffic and production teams to deliver high-quality visual assets within fast-paced timelines.

• Create high-quality 3D visuals, POSM, retail displays and graphic artwork
• Develop accurate, on-brand and production-ready designs
• Create and prepare print-ready artwork
• Conduct artwork quality checks and ensure production specifications are met
• Manage revisions and deliver assets within tight deadlines
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into effective visual solutions
• Collaborate with creative, traffic, project management and supplier teams
• Support multiple projects and briefs while maintaining quality and consistency
• Contribute ideas that improve creative execution, production efficiency and visual quality
• Develop accurate, on-brand and production-ready designs

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, 3D design or a similar creative production role
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization, graphic design, POSM and/or retail design
• Proficiency in relevant 3D and graphic design software
• Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to feedback and revisions
• FMCG, retail, shopper marketing or agency experience is an advantage
