The role focuses on creating maintainable, cross-platform experiences using Unity, C#, and modern graphics pipelines.
You’ll tackle challenging problems involving rendering, performance optimization, distributed systems, and immersive technologies.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help turn complex technical requirements into robust product capabilities.
The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with significant ownership over architecture, code quality, and technical execution.

Accountabilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code for real-time 3D graphics applications using Unity, C#, and the .NET ecosystem.
- Design and implement high-performance graphics capabilities, including shaders and low-level rendering pipelines.
- Create technical design documents covering product features, software architecture, and application design.
- Establish and maintain strong engineering practices around code quality, automated testing, development standards, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize frontend and 3D application experiences.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive technical feedback and helping maintain high engineering standards.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
- Contribute to cross-platform applications spanning desktop, mobile, and web environments.
- Apply performance optimization, memory management, multithreading, and other advanced engineering techniques to demanding 3D workloads.
- Support distributed application architectures and integrations involving APIs and backend services.
- 5+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-quality software.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Unity game engine and C# development.
- Strong knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, including multithreading, memory management, abstraction, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing shaders using technologies such as HLSL or GLSL.
- Direct experience with low-level 3D graphics pipelines and APIs such as OpenGL, WebGL, Metal, Vulkan, or similar technologies.
- Experience building cross-platform applications for desktop, mobile, and web using a range of UI frameworks and platforms.
- Experience developing complex user interfaces using MVVM principles and working with Blazor.
- Experience designing and deploying distributed systems using ASP.NET, gRPC, REST APIs, or comparable technologies.
- XR/VR development experience is required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities, combined with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex technical challenges, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required for employment.
- Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually, plus equity.
