3D Printing Department Head

Role Purpose You will be the first hire in this department, building it from zero. You will install and operate 3D printers, handle all design and modelling, train branch staff, acquire B2B clients, and drive monthly revenue across our 4 Kuwait branches. This is an ownership role for someone who works independently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES · Install, configure, and maintain all FDM and resin 3D printers across branches. · Operate machines daily, manage print queues, post-process parts, ensure quality. · Create 3D models from client briefs using Fusion 360, Blender, or equivalent CAD tool. · Develop service menu, pricing, and WhatsApp-first order intake workflow. · Train branch staff to operate FDM printers independently. · Acquire B2B clients: architecture firms, dental clinics, real estate, engineering firms. · Produce Instagram/TikTok content, timelapse reels and client showcases. · Submit weekly revenue and operations report to management.

· 2+ years hands-on FDM 3D printing experience — commercial setting, not hobby only. · Portfolio of completed 3D printing projects — must be able to show examples. · Proficiency in Fusion 360, Blender, SolidWorks, or similar 3D CAD software. · Working knowledge of Bambu Studio, Chitubox, or PrusaSlicer slicing software. · Ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues (nozzles, bed levelling, FEP sheets). · Self-starter — able to build a process from scratch without step-by-step supervision. · Resin printing experience is a strong advantage. · Good communication in Arabic and/or English.
