Position Title: 3D Visualizer Employment Type: Full time Salary INR: Up to 56,500 all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Ottappalam, India About the Client: A luxury interior design studio with offices in Dubai and India, delivering high-end villas, apartments, hospitality, and commercial interior projects. Job Description: - Develop independent design concepts based on project briefs and translate them into clear, buildable design solutions. - Prepare client-ready presentations including mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and design visuals. - Produce technical drawings and documentation (AutoCAD plans, scaled layouts) and ensure accuracy in all design outputs. - Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop for concept and final presentations.

Qualifications: - 30 years old and above - Proficient in Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop for high-quality design and visualization output. - Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments. - Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to translate design concepts into both visual and technical execution while continuously learning and improving.
