3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: £42,000 - 47,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience managing and configuring virtualised server environments
- Experience administering Windows Servers, desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policies
- Strong networking skills, including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing
- Experience supporting cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments
- Must be willing to perform out-of-hours maintenance when needed
- Must already have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available

- We will expect you to maintain, secure, and innovate our core infrastructure
- We will rely on you to manage and configure our virtualised server environments
- You will administer our Windows Server, desktop OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy environments
- You will configure and troubleshoot our routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing
- You will support our Microsoft Office 365 email environment
- You will work fully on-site at our Norwich City Centre office
