Senior 3rd-line/lead IT engineer at an IT managed services provider: the final escalation point for client issues, troubleshooting complex problems across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, cloud and backups, performing root cause analysis, mentoring engineers, and delivering client infrastructure projects. Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We require 5 years of experience in IT support roles. We need broad technical experience across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking (DNS, DHCP, routing), firewalls, cloud technologies, and backup solutions.
