3rd Party Pricing & Product Manager

Summary
The Manager, 3rd-party Pricing & Product, owns day-to-day relationships with 3rd-party suppliers, including hotel providers, rental car companies, and other travel partners, and serves as the primary point of contact for commercial performance discussions. This role leads contract renewals, rate negotiations, and partner performance reviews, while escalating and resolving service or supply issues as needed. The Manager also identifies and evaluates opportunities for new 3rd-party partnerships or product categories that could expand the portfolio.

The role develops and continuously optimizes markup and pricing strategy across all 3rd-party product lines to balance conversion, margin, and competitive positioning. This includes analyzing booking, conversion, and revenue performance data to identify pricing opportunities and risks, building and maintaining 3rd-party revenue forecasting models, and reporting performance against targets to leadership. The Manager partners with Revenue Management peers to ensure 3rd-party pricing strategy aligns with broader ancillary and total revenue management goals.

The Manager collaborates closely with Technology teams to ensure 3rd-party content, including rates, availability, imagery, and descriptions, displays accurately and effectively across web and app booking flows. This role works with Ecommerce stakeholders on merchandising placement, user experience, and offer presentation throughout the customer journey, while identifying and prioritizing technical issues or enhancement opportunities that affect 3rd-party product display.
The Manager supports product development projects as necessary, including partnering with IT and Ecommerce teams to support the technical implementation of 3rd-party products on Allegiant’s website and related digital channels and into the PSS.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in leisure travel products, e-commerce, pricing, or revenue management.

• Possesses refined analytical skills for spotting trends and identifying anomalies, as well as effectively and efficiently solving problems.
• Working knowledge of pricing, supply and demand, and revenue management concepts sufficient to support pricing analysts and translate analysis into business actions.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Practical understanding of e-commerce, website functionality, and technology implementation processes sufficient to partner with IT on 3rd-party product integrations.
• Excellent management skills in task prioritization and upstream and downstream communication.

Preferred Requirements
• Prior experience managing an analytical team.
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with data modeling and analytical tools.
• Experience building, maintaining, or using Excel-based pricing models.
• Demonstrated interest in problem-solving, including the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable components.

Job Duties
• Identify an appropriate mix of leisure products in the assigned market, including hotels, car rentals, and other offerings.
• Manage markup pricing of 3rd-party products on the Allegiant website.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel and car rental operators.
• Negotiate agreements for access to product inventory at best-available economics.
• Work with product partners to identify promotional opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to execute them.
• Work with the team to ensure all negotiated agreements, rates, and content are properly loaded into the system for sale.
• Work with the team to ensure all sold products are properly fulfilled through product partners.
• Work with Technology and Ecommerce teams to ensure content and pricing appear accurately on the website.
• Identify an appropriate mix of leisure products in the assigned market, including hotels, attractions, shows, and other offerings.
• Ensure any direct reports understand and apply the Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities, as appropriate.
• Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
