Are you a night owl? Lots of things happen behind the scenes at DLM to create a beautiful store ready for business. We have associates working around the clock – stocking shelves, replenishing fruits and veggies, cooking, baking, and cleaning. Our Grocery department is looking for a dependable associate who can work both individually and as part of a team. The main duties will include stocking frozen items, rotating product and displays, changing signs, ordering product for the frozen department and some minor cleaning. Hours are typically from 10pm to 6am.
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior stocking experience is preferred.
- 18 years or older.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 60lbs.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
