We are looking for a dependable 3rd Shift Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help produce, package, and prepare products while following established safety, quality, and production standards. Hours: 11PM-7:30AM $1.20 Shift Premium What You'll Do- Operate manufacturing equipment used to produce, package, and ship products.
- Operate equipment manually and through PLC-controlled processes.
- Operate lift trucks and other powered material-handling equipment after appropriate training and authorization.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Monitor production processes and identify potential issues.
- Inspect materials and finished products and report quality concerns.
- Complete required production logs, reports, and documentation.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements.
- Communicate unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other concerns to your supervisor.
- Support other production activities and projects as needed.
- Work different shifts and overtime when required by business needs.

Preferred: - 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
- Lift truck or powered industrial equipment experience.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
