3rd Shift Shipping Associate/FL Driver

Job Description Summary

The role of Shipping Associate includes packing, labeling, and organizing outgoing orders based on customer specifications and shipping requirements. The Shipping Associate ensures that all shipments are properly documented, packed securely, and dispatched in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules. The position requires close coordination with inventory, production, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of orders from the manufacturing facility to external locations. This will be a 3rd Shift position, with typical hours being 10pm-6am. The hourly rate for this position starts at $19.45/hr, plus a $2 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd Shifts and a 50 cent increase for Forklift Certification.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Confirm actual parts received equals Packing Slip
• Pull parts and supply packaging to production lines
• Track FIFO
• Support plant operations
• Work at a fast pace safely
• Support production needs
• Cover for associate absences
• Prepare for and support physical inventory
• Daily 6S requirements
• Other duties as assigned
