Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and administrative support on project management, system development, and implementation of an AI-enabled hotline platform.

• Monitor contractors to ensure their work and deliverables comply with corporate standards and user requirements.

• Handle technical coordination and configuration for Cloud Infrastructure Services (including DCI, and DSF environments).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing production support, system enhancements, programming, and bug fixing for core information systems.

• Elicit user requirements and analyze system changes.

• Liaise with contractors to complete enhancements and complete technical setups.

• Provide technical support on infrastructure and system configuration.

Requirements:

• Manage software/hardware inventory and oversee the maintenance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) platforms.

• Oversee BIM-related system operations and upload/convert design models to Common Data Platforms.

• Coordinate and promote digital technology applications (such as 3D printing/scanning, and VR).

• Prepare funding applications, functional specifications, and tender/procurement documents.

• Coach and supervise vendors implementing AI-powered validation tools to ensure deliverable quality.

Requirements:
