About the role
Are you passionate about customer service and would you like to be part of an elegant and professional hotel environment? We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress for a 4-star hotel in Valladolid, where excellence in service and attention to detail are fundamental values.
What you'll do
- Attend to customers in the restaurant, café, and hotel events.
- Perform meal and dinner service according to the establishment's standards.
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring the proper presentation of the dining room.
- Take orders, serve dishes and drinks, and manage payments with POS terminals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to ensure smooth, high-quality service.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: 2 years as a waiter/waitress in hotels or restaurants of a similar category.
- Knowledge of dining room protocol, tray service, and plating.
- Good presentation, professional attitude, and customer orientation.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure while maintaining service quality.

- Initial 3-month contract (temp agency) with real possibility of joining the permanent staff.
- Split shift: from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00 h.
