At Cona Consultores, we are seeking for a Product Manager - Wireless Solutions to join the team of a leading multinational telecommunications company.
- Location: Retiro / Puerto Madero, CABA
- Modality: on-site, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
Responsabilities:
- Product Planning & Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for wireless solutions (including 5G/5G-A and LTE), ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends in the Latin American region.
- Solution Competitiveness: Drive the differentiation of wireless solutions by identifying key features and value propositions, ensuring our offerings provide superior commercial value compared to competitors.
- Commercial Success & Pricing: Collaborate with sales and finance teams to design pricing strategies, manage profit margins, and achieve commercial success targets for the wireless portfolio.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Act as the key interface with major operators, understanding their pain points, managing expectations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery and support.
Academic Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related.
- Fluent business communication in English is mandatory.
Professional Experience:
- Over 3/4 years of experience in the Telecommunications/Network Equipment, with a demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and drive commercial success.
- Strong technical knowledge on Radio Communications (4G/LTE, 5G/5G-A), network architecture, and spectrum technologies.
- Have a deep understanding of operator business models, network planning & optimization, and the specific market dynamics in Latin America.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis, and solution selling methodologies.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and service teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Candidates with operator experience are preferred.
