Summary
Product Manager owning the full product lifecycle on Innovaccer's Healthcare Intelligence Cloud—discovery through operations—translating healthcare customer needs into data-driven product strategy and cross-functional execution.
Product at Innovaccer
The Product team at Innovaccer designs AI-native solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and government organizations: agentic workflows that automate complex clinical and operational processes, intelligent systems that replace manual work at scale, and data infrastructure that makes all of it possible. Every product decision here is a bet on what AI-native healthcare infrastructure needs to look like next, positioning Innovaccer as the autonomous operations platform leader.
If you think in systems, work well with ambiguity, and want your output to have real stakes, this team is where you will do your best work.
About the Role
We are looking for an Experienced Product Manager (PM) to join the Innovaccer product team. This role is ideal for someone with prior product ownership experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology who is ready to take end-to-end ownership of meaningful problem spaces.
As an experienced PM, you will operate as a strong product owner for defined Innovaccer modules or workflows, with limited oversight. You will drive discovery, write crisp requirements, make informed trade-offs, and ensure high-quality execution across the product lifecycle.
You will partner closely with senior PMs, design, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ship impactful features across Innovaccer modules.
A Day in the Life

Partner with PMs to understand user personas (care managers, clinicians, CDI specialists, population health leaders)
Participate in customer interviews, shadowing, and usability testing
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and support tickets to identify pain points
Develop a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, value-based care, and interoperability concepts
Requirements & Execution
Own PRDs and user stories for defined feature areas
Translate clinical and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements
Work closely with engineering to clarify scope, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness
Data & Analytics
Define success metrics and acceptance criteria for features
Analyze feature adoption, usage, and outcomes post-launch
Use data to inform iteration, prioritization, and trade-off decisions
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Design on UX flows, wireframes, and usability reviews
Coordinate with QA, clinical SMEs, and implementation teams for validation
Collaborate with Customer Success and Support during rollout and feedback collection
Product Operations
Maintain product documentation (PRDs, release notes, internal FAQs)
Support beta programs, customer communications, and enablement content
Help triage bugs and prioritize fixes based on user impact
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
Independently owning one or more core workflows or modules
Acting as the primary product owner for your area with minimal SPM oversight
Shipping features that measurably improve workflow efficiency, quality, or outcomes
Writing high-quality PRDs that anticipate edge cases and reduce iteration cycles
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement through data and user feedback
Being a trusted partner to engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders
Demonstrating strong judgment in prioritization and scope decisions
What You Need
2-4 years of experience in product management, healthcare technology, or a closely related role
Bachelors degree in Computer Science
Demonstrated experience owning features or workflows end-to-end in a B2B SaaS product
Strong ability to independently drive PRDs, user stories, and backlog prioritization
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data to make decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for cross-functional alignment
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic scope and prioritization decisions
Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and post-launch analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare data (EHR, claims, HEDIS, risk adjustment, CDI, care management)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Experience working with designers and engineers on B2B SaaS products
Background in clinical workflows, population health, or value-based care
Tools & Skills
Product tools: Jira, Confluence, Productboard (or similar)
Analytics: SQL, Amplitude, Looker, or equivalent (nice to have)
Design collaboration: Figma
Strong comfort with documentation and structured thinking
Growth & Career Path
