What You’ll Do as a Café Team Member
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Prepare and assemble fresh, customizable sandwiches, salads, and bowls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Educate guests on our ingredients and sustainability mission
- Support grab-and-go orders and assist with delivery fulfillment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and passion for food, sustainability, and hospitality
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends
