Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and frontline customer service duties

• Triage and direct patients to the appropriate service points

• Guide patients within the clinic and provide general enquiries assistance

• Support smooth patient flow and daily clinic operations

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to commit for 5-6 months

• Able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills

• Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public
