Job Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare financial reports and oversee month-end/year-end closing.
- Manage cash flow, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and daily finance operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and government grant applications.
- Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Support business decisions through financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent is an advantage
- Minimum 7 years of finance & accounting experience, including managerial experience
- At least 4 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with audits, tax matters, and government grants is an advantage
