HSE Executive

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Location: Jurong

Benefits: Bonus, Annual Leave 14 days

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company requirements.
• Conduct and maintain risk assessments, ensuring workplace hazards are properly identified, assessed, and controlled.
• Maintain the HSE risk register and monitor key HSE risks and control measures.
• Monitor HSE performance, objectives, targets, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accidents, incidents, and work-related cases are properly reported, investigated, and followed up.
• Assist in planning and conducting internal and external HSE audits, inspections, and reviews.
• Support HSE performance improvement initiatives and ensure lessons learned are communicated effectively.
• Promote HSE best practices across business operations.
• Perform any other HSE-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an HSE Practitioner.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
• BizSAFE Level 2 certification.
• Certification in Work at Height – Assessor/Manager.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of MOM/WSH regulations and Singapore workplace safety requirements.
• Familiarity with relevant local regulations, including WSH, SCDF, and NEA requirements, is preferred.
