🍴 Job Description – Kitchen Crew (Biryani Kiosk)

Location: Holland Village
Salary: $2,300 per month
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (excluding 1-hour break)
Bonus: Performance bonus based on company P&L

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve biryani and other menu items according to kiosk standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and kiosk area.

• Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating efficiently.

• Assist with stock management, including ordering and replenishment.

• Provide friendly customer service at the counter when required.

• Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines.

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Prior F&B or kitchen experience preferred (training provided).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and committed to quality service.

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends if required.
