Customer Service Executive (Warehouse & Logistics)
$2,800 – $3,100
Penjuru Lane, Jurong
Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import, export, and inventory transfer activities.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with warehouse operations team on daily activities.
- Monitor and support departmental KPIs.
- Provide operational support when required, including after office hours or weekends.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and WMS is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including basic functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.
- Willing to support operations after working hour when required or needed.
