Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their flooring requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Introduce flooring products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Arrange delivery and installation schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Support social media marketing activities and respond to online customer enquiries.
- Maintain sales records, project documentation, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the flooring industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skill, interpersonal, and customer service skills will be an advantage.
- Sales-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
