## 職務說明

參與後端系統與新技術研發，負責資料處理、事件處理、API 及相關後端服務開發，並透過 PoC、Prototype 驗證系統構想。

## 工作內容

• 開發及維護後端服務與 API。
• 開發事件接收、處理、儲存及查詢功能。
• 開發規則處理、事件關聯及自動化功能。
• 整合 Database、Cache、Message Queue 等系統元件。
• 建立 PoC、Prototype，驗證新技術與系統架構。
• 進行效能、穩定性及系統問題分析。

## 必要條件

• 3 年以上 Backend 或 Server 開發經驗。
• 熟悉 Go、Python、Java、C#、C++ 或 Rust 其中一種以上。
• 熟悉 API、Database 及基本網路概念。
• 具獨立分析、除錯與問題解決能力。

## 加分條件

• 具 PostgreSQL、Redis、Elasticsearch 等相關經驗。
• 具 Kafka、RabbitMQ、NATS 或其他 Message Queue 經驗。
• 具大量事件、Log 或資料處理經驗。
• 熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes 或 Cloud Platform。
• 具 Distributed System 或 Microservices 經驗。

不要求同時具備所有後端技術能力，會依個人專長安排主要研發方向。

## Position Overview

Develop backend systems and validate new technical concepts through PoCs and prototypes.

## Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Build event ingestion, processing, storage, and query functionality.
• Develop rule processing, event correlation, and automation capabilities.
• Integrate databases, caches, message queues, and related components.
• Build PoCs and prototypes to validate new technologies and architectures.
• Perform performance, stability, and system troubleshooting.

## Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend or server-side development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, Java, C#, C++, or Rust.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or other message queues.
• Experience processing high-volume events, logs, or data.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices.
