## 職務說明
參與 Windows 系統軟體與新技術研發，負責系統事件蒐集、常駐服務及相關功能開發，並透過 PoC、Prototype 驗證技術構想。
## 工作內容
- 開發 Windows 系統程式、Service 及常駐型應用程式。
- 蒐集與處理 Process、File、Registry、Network 等系統事件。
- 研究與應用 Windows API、ETW 等系統機制。
- 開發 IPC、資料處理與資料傳輸功能。
- 建立 PoC、Prototype，驗證新技術與功能。
- 進行系統整合、效能調校與問題分析。
## 必要條件
- 3 年以上軟體或系統開發經驗。
- 熟悉 C、C++、Rust、Go 或 C# 其中一種以上。
- 具備 Windows 作業系統與網路通訊基本觀念。
- 具備獨立分析、除錯與問題解決能力。
## 加分條件
- 具 Windows System Programming 或 Windows Service 開發經驗。
- 熟悉 ETW、WMI 或 Windows Event Log 等系統事件機制。
- 理解 Windows Internals，例如 Process／Thread、Memory Management、Handles。
- 具 Memory Leak、Crash Dump、WinDbg 或效能調校經驗。
- 具 Agent、系統事件蒐集或大量資料處理經驗。
不要求同時具備所有技術能力，會依個人專長與技術背景安排合適的研發方向。

## Position Overview
Develop Windows systems software and validate new technical concepts through PoCs and prototypes.
## Responsibilities
- Develop Windows systems software, services, and long-running applications.
- Collect and process system events related to processes, files, registry activities, and networks.
- Research and apply Windows APIs, ETW, and related system technologies.
- Develop IPC, data processing, and data transmission functionality.
- Build PoCs and prototypes to validate new technologies and features.
- Perform system integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
## Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software or systems development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of C, C++, Rust, Go, or C#.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS fundamentals and networking concepts.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Windows systems programming or Windows Service development.
- Familiarity with ETW, WMI, or Windows Event Log.
- Knowledge of Windows Internals.
- Experience with memory leak analysis, crash dump debugging, WinDbg, or performance profiling.
- Experience developing agents, telemetry collectors, or high-throughput event processing systems.
