負責資安產品與技術研發專案的規劃、進度與執行追蹤，協助將需求轉化為明確工作項目，掌握時程、風險與交付狀態。

# 工作內容

• 規劃與追蹤專案時程、Milestone 及交付內容。
• 整理需求、工作項目與待辦事項。
• 追蹤開發、測試、整合及 Release 進度。
• 追蹤 Issue、Risk、Dependency 與 Action Item。
• 整理專案會議決議及後續執行事項。
• 定期彙整專案進度、風險與待處理事項。

# 必要條件

• 3 年以上技術或軟體專案管理經驗。
• 具軟體或資訊系統開發專案經驗。
• 能理解基本軟體、網路及系統概念。
• 具良好需求整理、進度追蹤與問題分析能力。

# 加分條件

• 具資安產品或資安相關專案經驗。
• 具 PoC、MVP 或新產品開發經驗。
• 具軟硬體整合專案經驗。
• 熟悉 Jira、GitLab、GitHub 或相關協作工具。

• Maintain meeting decisions and follow-up items.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and pending items.

# Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical or software project management experience.
• Experience with software or IT development projects.
• Basic understanding of software, networking, and system concepts.
• Strong requirements organization, progress tracking, and problem analysis skills.

# Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cybersecurity products or projects.
• Experience with PoC, MVP, or new product development.
• Experience with hardware-software integration.
• Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, GitHub, or similar tools.
