50 Pax - Associate Test Engineer (MNC - Semiconductor)

Job Summary

• Job Title: Associate Test Engineer

• Industry: Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing

• Location: Serangoon, Singapore

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Working Hours: Rotating shifts — 6:00am–3:30pm / 3:00pm–12:30am

• Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus + night shift allowance + transport claim + OT pay

• Work Environment: Cleanroom, shift work, weekends and OT when required

Main Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment, electronic circuits, and mechanical assemblies.

• Perform system and component testing to ensure equipment functionality and quality.

• Analyze test results and identify technical issues and root causes.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and technical procedures.

• Support experiments, data collection, testing, and technical analysis.

• Perform repair / rework on equipment assemblies and systems when required.

• Select and set up specialized testing and measurement equipment.

• Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions to engineering problems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, equipment testing, or equipment maintenance is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and measurement instruments.

• Able to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork.

• Comfortable with rotating shifts, cleanroom environment, weekends, and OT.

• Data analysis
