We're looking for an experienced SEO specialist with strong GEO and AEO know-how to help a global biotech organization stay visible as search behavior evolves. This role covers traditional search, AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), and direct-answer formats.
What you'll do:
• Audit performance across classic search and AI-driven search experiences
• Track how often we show up and get cited in AI-generated answers, alongside regular rankings and traffic
• Follow search trends and changes in how people search using AI
• Set the SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and figure out what to prioritize next (technical & content)
• Turn findings into clear recommendations and presentations for stakeholders
• Keep up with Google and AI search engine updates
Must have skills:
• Solid SEO background with real, hands-on GEO/AEO experience
• Know-how in content optimization, SEO audits, technical SEO recommendation, and competitor analysis
• Experience in structuring content so it works well in both traditional search rankings and AI answers
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Some experience with tools that track AI search visibility or citations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable managing your own projects independently
• Professional English (minimum B2)
• Analytical, self-driven mindset
Nice to have skills:
• Fluent Polish
• Experience in enterprise or regulated industries (biotech, pharma, healthcare)
• Some understanding of how brand presence off-site (Wikipedia, Reddit, LinkedIn) affects AI search results
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience implementing schema markup on enterprise CMS
