About the RoleThe impact you will make: The Executive – HR will support the HR Business Partner team in delivering efficient HR operations and compliance processes. This role involves managing onboarding, HR systems, background verification, and workflow documentation to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
What you will doMajor Responsibilities/Activities:• Onboarding & Employee Integration• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.• Ensure timely completion of documentation and system entries.• HR Systems & Operations• Manage Dayforce operations for employee data and transactions.• Maintain accuracy of HR records and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.• Compliance & Background Verification• Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for new employees.• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely completion.• Process Documentation & Workflow Design• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.• Design and implement workflows to streamline HR activities.• HR Support & Coordination• Assist HR Business Partners in handling employee queries and operational tasks.• Support HR audits and compliance checks as required.

What we would like to see• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.• Proficiency in HR systems (preferably Dayforce) and MS Office tools.• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
