We are looking for a Technical Writer to join a project for our client, a company specializing in employee benefits and payment solutions.
What you'll do:
- Create and maintain technical documentation and instructions for three teams.
- Document IT systems and processes.
- Identify and fill documentation gaps.
- During the handover period, rebuild missing documentation describing the current system.
- Work with tools such as Confluence.
- Quickly learn and document a Salesforce system.
What we're looking for:
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Experience documenting IT systems and processes.
- Experience with documentation tools, e.g. Confluence.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand complex technical processes.
