About the Role The impact you will make Last Updated Month, Year As an HR/TA Executive, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Your ability to engage candidates, coordinate efficiently, and uphold best recruitment practices will directly influence the quality of talent joining the organization. Your contribution will support business growth by ensuring timely hiring, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and enhancing overall recruitment efficiency. What you will do • Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, sourcing, calling, and coordinating interviews. • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and external consultants. • Prepare and maintain MIS, trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports. • Review candidate resumes and applications to shortlist relevant profiles. • Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage offer discussions, and support salary negotiation. • Facilitate smooth onboarding to ensure new hires are fully integrated. • Apply and adhere to best practices in recruitment and HR operations. • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. • Coordinate onsite interview schedules and assist with miscellaneous TA/HR tasks. • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. What you will bring • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Experience of 2–5 years in recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring or IT hiring environments. • Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to independently manage tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain hiring data accurately. • A graduate degree; MBA in HR is an added advantage. • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet recruitment deadlines.
