Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial, skincare, and beauty treatments professionally
• Assess customers’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments/products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups
• Promote wellness packages, memberships, and retail products
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards
• Support outlet operations and teamwork when required

Working Hours

• 5 day work week (10am-7pm/ 11am-8pm)
• Retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Scheduled off days according to roster

Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty, facial, or wellness industry preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented and confident in recommending treatments/products
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays if required
• Relevant beauty certifications will be an advantage
