5G NR Modem system validation engineer

1. Lead 5G NR data performance analysis and issue triage for tier1 carriers issues
2. Design and implement AI-powered automated analysis tools and dashboards
3. Investigate customer-reported issues with root cause analysis
4. Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, LLM) to accelerate development

1. MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Computer Science
2. 5+ years of experience in 5G/LTE data performance analysis, carrier testing, or modem system verification
3. Strong understanding of 5G NR/LTE protocol stack (RRC, MAC, PDCP, RLC) and data throughput mechanisms
4. Proficient in Python/C++ for data processing, automation, and tool development (pandas, numpy, matplotlib)
5. Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) for productivity enhancement
6. Ability to leverage LLMs for log analysis, issue triage automation, and technical documentation
7. Experience with carrier network environments (US: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile; JP: NTT, KDDI, SoftBank) is a plus
8. Familiar with test tools (XCAL, Wireshark) and log analysis for protocol debugging
9. Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and visualization platforms (Grafana, Tableau) is a plus
10. Passionate about AI technology adoption and continuous learning mindset
11. Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills, and able to handle customer-escalated issues independently
12. Excellent communication skills in English for US/JP customer interaction and technical reporting
