5G ORAN L2/L3 Protocol Engineer/Sr. Engineer

-Good understanding of L2/L3 protocols especially MAC, RLC, PDCP, SDAP, RRC and RRM.
-Source code study (programming languages: C/C++) and root cause analysis (crash dump).
-Working experience with F1AP and split CU-DU architectures and strong hands-on experience with 5G NR MAC layer.
-Knowledge and hands-on experience in performance optimization techniques and tools.
-Good understanding of TCP/IP Networking protocols & PHY layer expertise will be added advantage.
-Work on test equipment (R&S/KEYSIGHT/ANRITSU/SPIRENT) or E2E field test in lab for L1 and O-RU performance/features verification.
-Familiar with tools: TM500/QXDM/QCAT, etc.
-Or willing to hand on studying above those new technologies.
