Job Summary:
Quanta Cloud Technology (QCT), a leading data center hardware solution provider, has developed 5G end-to-end solutions spanning from data center and edge, to on-premises, to drive fundamental changes in the way telco operators and enterprise plan, deploy and manage their infrastructure with greater flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
QCT is looking for a Solution Manager with strong passion in 5G technology to join our Singapore office. As a Solution Manager, you will join the QCT solution team and will enjoy our culture of innovation, openness, discipline, and accountability mindset. Based on HQ direction, you will plan the resources and lead the team to integrate/deploy 5G solution, support regional partners to provide the total solution, engage customer opportunities, and collaborate with government related Research Institutes/Universities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Regional team and align with HQ direction
- Define regional 5G solution portfolio based on our 5G solution offering and regional needs
- Communicate with HQ related function/department periodically
- Recruit, develop, manage and assess talent
- Build and lead the team to integrate/deploy 5G solution, support regional partners to provide the total solution, engage customer opportunities, and collaborate with government related Research Institutes/Universities
- Collaborate with HQ and other Regional offices to plan, build, operate and manage QCT open lab
- Plan, manage and review resource periodically to meet for regional business demands
- Provide technical support to QCT’s business partners
- Propose and support relevant regional events to showcase our solution and create customer leads
