Key responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify sources of waste and areas for improvement
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects on production lines
• Contribute to the drafting and updating of work standards and operating procedures
• Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions
• Lead or co-lead field workshops with production teams
• Perform data analysis to measure the impact of actions taken
• Participate in steering meetings and performance reviews

About you

• Technical and interpersonal skills: organization, autonomy, rigor. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Education: 4th/5th year university student (Master's level) in engineering, pharmacy, or production management
• Languages: intermediate English
