Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of board of directors and specialized committee files, as well as assist legal counsel in updating the semi-annual report
- Contribute to research and benchmarks on topics related to governance and the compensation of corporate officers, as part of the preparation of the Universal Registration Document for the 2026 fiscal year and the governance and CSR roadshows organized in the autumn
- Collaborate on initial work for updating the corporate governance report and on investment and divestment operations in listed companies, as well as capital transactions
- Assist with employee savings projects and the monitoring of the insider trading prevention policy
- Take part in conducting legal research, performing regulatory monitoring, and drafting legal memos in current areas of securities law and governance
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: curiosity, rigor, autonomy. Knowledge of corporate law
- Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in business law with a specialization in corporate law or financial markets law
- Languages: fluent English
