6 Months Accounting & Reporting Manager (IFRS) | Up to $8000 #NKA

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duration: 6 months contract (with 2 months possible extension - subject to approval)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $8000

Job Responsibilities:

• Review annual financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable IFRS requirements.
• Coordinate audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors on accounting and disclosure matters.
• Review financial reporting inputs for Management Discussion & Analysis, Financial Results and Audit Committee reports.
• Oversee supporting documentation for audit procedures and review XBRL filings.
• Review financial reporting inputs and prepare materials for the Global Medium-Term Note Programme.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial reports, ratios and management reporting.
• Review credit rating reports, lease rental computations and key financial metrics.
• Provide financial reporting support and advice to internal stakeholders, including Treasury.
• Support other accounting, reporting and ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least six years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit or technical accounting; candidates considered for the Senior Manager level should demonstrate commensurate experience and leadership capability.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in statutory financial reporting and external audit coordination.
