Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities including trade processing and amendments, settlement processing, and instrument reference data support, ensuring timely and consistent delivery in accordance with SOPs
- Ensure all queries and escalations are managed in a timely manner
- Ability to plan and prioritize the daily work to achieve efficient and effective management of time and has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
- Handle adhoc assignments/initiatives as assigned
